Added 2017-06-04 17:39:19 +0000 UTCHey folks! New updates for this week-- As I expected, we were not able to film the new series this weekend, so that is back on the horizon. Bummed, but it's probably for the best. It allows us to really get all of our ducks in a row.
This week we're going to review the new Wonder Woman movie on a special movie edition of Off the Rack! We're considering another Big Idea topic to discuss ala last week's discussion, but OTR might be it. We've got a new Casting Call for the DCEU which, if you're a $20 Patron, you've seen already! Working on the Elseworlds Exchange topic, but I'm hoping it'll be another fun discussion. Also, as always, Letters Page is primed and ready for release. And finally we've got Back Issues, which I've been excited about since Spider-Man vs Superman-- That's right... We're doing Batman vs The Incredible Hulk! Hope you catch it, because it's a really off-the-wall episode.
We've been having some discussions internally about the future of ComicPOP, and it's been decided that Patreon is 100% necessary to push the channel forward. We're thrilled with what we've built and how it's been going, but it's time for us to grow. I don't know what that yet entails, but we are looking for studio space to allow for new shows and better looking videos. The question is whether we want to make that big a financial leap or not. It's been three years, so I think the time might be right. And we'll need all the help we can get to keep us growing. So thank you all for your help and support. You're amazing.
