2023-07-14 07:03:17 +0000 UTCI'm glad about your softening for some of the songs on Machine & Soul especially as I remember the two ballads one is about your first dog Spooky and the other is about your Grandad (Paps) if I remember rightly two great songs. I also asked a question a while back if the lack of success and personal issues have tainted those years which was specifically aimed at Metal Rhythm but someone else here has asked about the so-called middle years (1984 to 1992)

It was about the only thing that ever worked to get rid of severe muscle related pain. You should get yourself a good PT specialist if the issues persist. π The βfluffyβ folks β¦. I wouldn't trust them. Though it βworksβ or seems to, there may be unseen βcostsβ or unexpected fallout! Just saying πThanks for your updates and for sharing all you do!

2023-07-06 00:37:04 +0000 UTCI had a similar experience the only time I went to a chiropractor. I went in with a discount flier they had given me at a booth, but the receptionist tried to ignore it. And the chiropractors or techs tried to set me up on some long term plan I didn't want. I turned down all the offers to continue treatment. By the time I settled my bill and got back to my car I felt worse than before I walked in. But I'm also really terrible about not warming up before any kind of physical activity.
