結論、こちらで出来ることはございません。
Patreonの仕様で自動的に権限が付与されるので、それで見れない場合はユーザー側の問題です。
システム的な問題であれば他の方も見れないのが必然ですが、そうではないのでシステム的な問題ではなく、ユーザー側の問題と判断します。
ご自身で設定方法を調べるなり、Patreon運営にお問い合わせください。
こちらにお問い合わせいただいても、物理的に出来る事がございません。

Permissions are granted automatically according to Patreon's specifications, so if you still can't see it, it's a problem on the user's side.
If it were a system problem, it would be inevitable that others wouldn't be able to see it either, but this is not the case, so we will determine that it is a user problem, not a system problem.
