Broken Curseblade (Static and Moveset)

-STATIC: Basic accessory, does not work with Sword Moveset Mods, Always stay in the back.
-MOVESET: Only works if you have a Sword Moveset Mod installed.
Male only for now since female swords are broken in-game for me and i will need to update my game to see if i can fix it. ;(
