Besides, Krillin can sometimes be an underrated character, and we need him to be in the same level as most of the other characters (not difficulty wise though, I've already explained the fact that we need him to be in the highest difficulty of all). If we can make a low rated character either a medium or high rated character, that would boost the fame for said character.

Also, make his level difficulty higher than everybody else's within the game. I don't want him to just shoot ki blasts in the very beginning and then start fighting whenever his health is low or half low. I want him to go all out from beginning to end. Oh, and F in the chat for your internet. If you have Spectrum, ditch them and go with a company that's more reliable.
