What's up!

Hi gang! Just checking in and giving a quickie week update for ComicPop. First up, I'm neck-deep in editing, trying to get another GBU out next week (Star Wars Prequel Villains) before we hit October. Why?

Because it's POPTOBER! ...That sucks. But we're treating this October like a Halloween Spooktastic MONTH! That means starting and ending in October, we're only covering spooky comics and spooky themes! What can you expect from this so far? How about Hellblazer's first full appearance on Back Issues? How about Vampires and Shadowhawks on GBU? How about special guest stars talking about their favorite horror movies and scariest moments? ...Well, Scott didn't reply to that request, but HEY! We've got the other two!

A lot of you either are too old for trick or treating or are probably risking your life going out there to do it, so I thought it'd be cool to lean into Halloween this year the way literally every other person in my generation does for some reason. Literally what happened was-- I asked Tiff if she liked that idea and she took it over. So get ready for a spooktastic ComicPop as we head closer to the end of the worst fucking year ever.

We're working round the clock to also get ComicPop ready for 2021, which means MASSIVE cosmetic changes for the channel, the brand, et al. The hosts will be the same, the sets might still be the same, but branding is going to change a little bit, content is going to increase a bit, and merch is going to be a major priority for us to get to you. Like, we went to a printer. We went to a clothing design firm. We're pricing things out. It's nuts.

Thanks for sticking with us so long, everybody. We're hoping to make things even better for you every month this year until we blow the doors off in 2021.
