Updates!

All right, let's get into the updates!

First off-- we decided since The Suicide Squad was going to be a big video, we split Monday's Off the Rack into two vids. The first one is all comics, the other one is all spoiler review. I think I'll space them out at least a day, but it takes YouTube at least 12 hours to process trims and edits because... well, it's just such a great system. ugh

Back Issues is obviously Superman: At Earth's End, which is just awful. Such a trashfire. And then for whatever reason, I thought it would be fun to read Amazons Attack. Along with all the tie-ins... And that was a mistake I didn't want to pay for myself, so I made it an episode. It's a longer one, but not any longer than anything from this year, by far. That'll go out to you I guess today sometime? That makes sense. I hope you guys like how it came out.

I'm in the process of editing a Star Wars episode from when our pal Jason came to visit. I think some of you might remember him from, what? Three episodes? One of our longest running guests, actually! That'll probably be next. We shot two episodes, but didn't get any audio from the first one. That hurt a lot, honestly. I thought we were past these kinds of hiccups. Anyway, hope you dig that when it comes out.

I've got this GBU I've been sitting on since Black Widow tanked us. Obviously it's themed to Natasha, so maybe we'll put it out anyway. Hopefully people just like the show enough to indulge us. I'll try to shoot a What If episode at some point, maybe next week? I mention it because we finally finished putting together the new GBU set! I like it. It looks a lot like old sets we've used, but this one is immediately across from Back Issues. It's a great location, easy lighting and video placements, and allowed me to clean up a sorely-ignored area of the studio.

On that front, the studio is finally taking shape. The storage room is a disaster, but it's just being used to its fullest extent while we wait for IKEA to get more materials so we can build shelving. In the main areas, we really need some shelving for action figures, toys, and stuff. We get a lot of that kind of stuff as you probably know, and I'd like to actually look at it once in awhile. So we're trying. I'm also happy to say we've cleaned up a lot, and it's feeling less cluttered. That's a big weight off my mind, somehow. Helps with the creative process or whatever.

I'm actually considering skipping Back Issues filming this week just to get some other shows filmed. We have too many Letters Page boxes piling up. It's been really hard to get the whole crew together in one place for more than 2 hours, which we need for Back Issues. It's just scheduling. Hopefully things will clear up after the summer.

I guess that's all for now. Thanks all for supporting us through the pandemic and what looks like another round of the pandemic. Who knows what the winter will look like? Ugh. All I know is, we plan on producing more and more for you guys. As you've seen, we're still coming up with ideas, and still trying to make the best possible videos that you've come to enjoy.
