OK, so you didn't see Thorgi on this week's GBU because... well, there wasn't one. We had a scheduling issue, so we just said let's postpone to THIS week, shoot a Comic Line show I wanted to discuss, and he said sure! So we're going to try again this week. And Thorgi won't be the only YouTuber in our odd little world that's going to be crossing over this year. Promise ya that!
This week we chatted about what would happen if Disney bought DC Comics. It's a fun episode, if not a very cerebral one. Hope you like it. No Off the Rack this week, but we do have a fun Elseworlds planned. Jason had to reschedule as well, which is why you had Joel back this past week, as well. However, I'm thrilled with the response to that episode, and I think it wound up being a great idea regardless. Like Thorgi, Jason will be back very soon. We're finally catching up on Letters Page, which will air on Friday, and of course Back Issues this week will be Superman: Secret Origin! We've had a lot of requests for this one, and I wanted to cover a story I really, truly enjoyed. The guys loved it, too. Ethan even took it home with him when we were done!
Hope if you were on the East Coast you didn't get hit too hard. We just got power back a few hours ago, so I've been trying to edit as much as possible to get ready for this week. No showers, no power, it's been a nightmare. But we're back! And planning some big trips and ticking a lot of boxes for 2018. Stay tuned!
Thank you all so much for being Patrons, btw. I literally stayed in the studio while we were without power at home, and it was a godsend. Couldn't have had that without you.
