Loved the episode. Little input on the discussion, I think the reason Disney hasn't stepped in is because marvel does get to add the movies and merchandise to their financial reports. So it doesn't matter how poorly the comics do as long as the other parts can make enough money to cover it Disney probably doesn't see a reason to step in.
