This week's update! We're back!
Added 2018-06-22 15:01:34 +0000 UTCHey everybody! I went to the Denver Comic Con this past weekend and shot a bunch of stuff over on the Comicstorian channel. It was a ton of fun, but the elevation and time change destroyed me and kept me from cutting everything we shot. So after a little recovery time, let's see what's happening this week!
On the technical side, we just picked up something that might be a possible game changer for audio. I'm very excited to try it out, but sadly nobody will see the results of it on a Back Issues until about a month or so. We are 3 episodes ahead, including our 4th of July Ant-Man special. Because when you think of America, you think of Ant-Man... Look, I'm sorry. They stopped printing Winter Soldier in trade, and it was impossible to nab a copy before shooting. Blame Marvel! Anyway, the point is, we're improving the audio in a big, noticeable way. We also picked up some sound dampening wall dividers, which should also help! And some cool lights. I don't know if they're going to be used on the Back Issues set, but I got them because they look awesome and no matter what, they'll be used in some noticeable way.
Over on the programming side, Comic Line takes the place of Good, Bad and Ugly on Monday with a big question: Should Batman Kill the Joker? It's a great discussion and I hope you check it out. Wednesday sees the return of Elseworlds Exchange with Joel, and of course Back Issues will be another wedding story, but this time the DC version! You see, Batman might be getting hitched, so we decided to talk about another story in which Batman got married and IN CONTINUITY! That's right. The one time Batman was already technically married-- Son of the Demon. Hopefully you dig it. It's a very James Bond story. Letters Page resumes on Friday, and that rounds out the week! We're also in talks to proceed with another fun streaming episode on the Twitch, which you can follow on twitch.tv/comicpoptv. This way you'll get notifications when it goes live. We also created a channel on IGTV, which you can follow at instagram.com/comicpopofficial.
Thank you all for helping us get here! We wouldn't have learned about the affordable sound option without the trip to Denver, and we wouldn't have been able to go to Denver without you guys. Everything you do here makes the channel grow, improve, and continue what you enjoy. So from all of us, thank you so much.
Talk soon!

For what it's worth, the audio for recent videos has been fine.
