This week's update!
Added 2019-04-22 21:41:47 +0000 UTC Hey gang! by now you've probably seen the latest episode of The Good, The Bad and The Ugly! I am really happy with this one because not only was it a really fun episode, but it's also one of our first major sequels to a previous episode. Even though the show is 30 + episodes deep, it still feels like a new show to me so to be able to do multiple volumes of previous concepts and have them be as fresh as the original concept says that the show is legit. At least that's my vein hope...
Tiffany and I are going to go live in a little bit for off the rack, which I am looking forward to it because I really like doing live shows. Elseworlds Exchange is going to be pre-recorded because I'm happy to report I've finally gotten a recorded interview with one JM DeMatteis, author of about a million things you've probably seen or read. he is so informative and insightful and talented and it's so great to talk to him, and I'm really looking forward to getting that out there. Audio will be available on the podcast for that episode as well, of course.
Back issues this week is already live, as you've probably seen. It is The Last Avengers Story by Peter David, which is its literal title and I'm really excited about it because hopefully it will catch thanks to Endgame fever, but more importantly it's a really fun episode and I think you're really going to enjoy it. I also finished editing a Superman episode that I think has been a long time coming (at least a year), which we literally shot less than a week ago. my turnaround time is getting better, especially because I usually edit the shows while Tiffany is streaming which allows me to focus because if she's working, I feel like I really should be working. it just gives me that kind of isolation I need in order to really get things done.
I also need to get Letters Page files over to Tiffany so she can cut an episode that I have been neglecting for a while and I'm very disappointed in myself for doing that. We have two episodes they need to be cut, and both of them are over an hour long.
I just finished the shot list for a new show that I'd like to try, and I've been hinting at this for years now which is in an of itself disappointing because usually I like to try and get these episodes shot.
So that's about it, for now! Stay tuned to the Patreon for early access to stuff, as I'm building back up the buffer.
Oh hey! You guys want another Comic Line roundtable spoiler discussion of Endgame when it comes out? Let me know!
OK folks! Have a great one, talk soon!
