This week's update!

Hello everybody! How is everybody doing? Hope your free comic book day was as epic as ours! I always think I'm going to hit like five or six different stores, and I usually only do about two or three. That being said, I probably picked up close to 200 single issues for my personal use and also for upcoming episodes of The Good The Bad and The Ugly! Having Tiffany with me really helped, as is the case.

So this week, you have seen most of the early week stuff because I am late. We did the live Off the Rack covering a week of a ton of new books. We released The Good the Bad and the Ugly on Batman cameos, which I wound up editing right on down to the wire on Sunday. This week, we are releasing the Brian Bendis Man of Steel episode of Back Issues, which we have re-posted on Patreon for your convenience. Elseworlds is another beast entirely, and I'm kind of racking my brain about what I want to talk about. There's actually too many topics that I want to cover, but I think I'm planning on a Spider-Man Far From Home theory.

The weather is getting warmer more consistently here in Jersey, which really excites me for some reason. Probably because I'm human, but for whatever reason I feel more creative when the time of year reflects when I used to not have to go to school. Isn't that funny how that works? But that also allows for more convenient travel, and we would really like to take advantage of that because I would very much like to finally get our RPG show on the road. I don't know if I can promise anything, but I have really been trying to be more creative and try different things and push this channel further than we have been this year so far.

I am pretty sure we're going to do Dark Nights Metal on Bat Issues, but don't quote me on that one! You probably saw the poll I put out recently asking whether we should even bother making that show anymore, and I have to say an overwhelming majority insisted we keep it for one reason or another. Honestly, selfishly, I like having it simply because it warrants a place for all our Batman stuff. But somebody made a really good point where they said that it frees up Back Issues to be about different kinds of comics. Case in point, we just filmed Flash Rebirth (which I swore we would never do) but here we are! And I think that is entirely due to the fact that we have this new show.

But that's where we are! I'm so lucky to have you guys here because I've gotta tell you-- IDK what's going on with YouTube but our revenue hasn't been this low in a couple of years. I hope it's not a sign of the times, but having you here helping us with Patreon allows us time to plan.
