This week's update

 Hello everyone! Sorry for not touching base last week. Still working out some of the logistical bugs to our whole operation. What's staying, what's going, what needs to be wrapped up, etc. For instance: it looks like our main crop of shows are Back Issues, Elseworlds, GBU, and Off the Rack. We'll pepper in new shows as they come, or revisit previous series when it makes sense. ComicPOP Draws was a great, fun show that I know a lot of you enjoyed. I'm going to try to make that happen some more.

Wanted to apologize to the incredible Golden Age backers who haven't gotten your boxes yet. I'm going to put the equivalent of Aug/Sept. into the same box given the delays. Really and truly sorry about falling behind on that.

This week, Elseworlds might need to take a backseat. We're shooting episode 300 of Back Issues this week, which needed to move from our usual Thursday shoot to Wednesday so I could get everyone onto the couch. For some reason that was hard to accomplish this month. But since we normally shoot Elseworlds on Wednesday, that's gonna have to move. Especially since Off the Rack is Monday, and the new series Absolute Comics with Benny from Comicstorian is happening Tuesdays from now on. That means I'm livestreaming three podcasts in a row, now...

This week's Back Issues is Ultimate Spider-Man's Ultimate Six story. Hope you like how it came out! I think it's a solid ep. We also shot two other episodes this past week with alternating casts. One episode is a seminal tale in a top tier character's history, and the other nobody ever asked for. It's also a seminal tale in that character's history, but I hate the character and nobody cares. Still, it made for an absolutely fun episode to film.

New York Comic Con is coming up on the 3rd, and we'll be shooting ANOTHER episode of Back Issues while we're there. I'm about 80% certain what title we're going to cover, and we're trying to make it worth doing. The real question is whether we can pull off a cameo or two. It feels like it's gonna be no, but that show has a lot of surprises so you can never be too sure.
