2022 Thoughts
Added 2022-01-01 17:42:10 +0000 UTCSo this was a hell of a year. I'd like to get the thanks up first because honestly, without you this year would have been even harder. Not just being a Patron and helping to support us, but I see you guys in the comments and here on the page. Your compassion and enthusiasm makes even the worst day worthwhile. We had an unexpected emergency come up a few days ago and it really bummed me out. But that day we filmed next week's episode and my whole outlook changed by the end of it.
If you've been here for any length of time, you know my predilection for saying stuff like "Big plans!"
But seriously, big plans. I'm planning a far less severe but still wholly necessary rebrand for the main channel come 100k (which projections indicate will be around March). I'd like to have a few things in place by then, including a store, banked episodes of old favorite shows like Comic Line, and a bigger push on TikTok to get that crowd over here.
More ideas brewing, but that's enough for now. Setting our sights on attainable goals that also do the most impact on improvements around here. No big changes to the main shows. No big changes to the lengths or additional cameras. Just a dedication to higher quality, and a bigger push internally so when we hit 100k, we're ready.
And that's it. Usually my thoughts at year's end are a lot more reflective, a lot bigger, a lot more ambitious, but honestly (and I'm sure you relate), this year blew. And the year prior was so fast and bizarre, it can barely count. So here we are. New normal. Let's make some plans, let's be ready to correct any deviations, and let's do what we can.
Thanks, all. Thanks from the bottom of my heart. And I hope this year you crush it.
