Buttons 5 - Buttons at the Hospital

The Buttons series goes into round five and the Buttons got upgraded to contain transformation options answering your call for more TF content. As always, the full PAI is available on my homepage in the PAI Section for PAI Supporters.
Plot: The story continues where Part 4 left off. Our guy fell unconscious at the cosplay convention and was brought to the hospital. His ability to see buttons on human skin has upgraded to Skill Level three and he should now be able to change his target's physical form by pressing new buttons! Obviously, he has to put that to the test and the next persons available are that cute nurse and his female doctor there!

Even if bigger is mostly better and more, more fun, I love the short strive into the “-Territory". Awesome!
