End of March Review

TL;DR:
1. I restructured the reward tiers to 2 tiers effectively 2/4/2022, 1 week grace period will be given to transition to the new tiers before they deprecated and deleted at the end of the week.
2. The RvB themed animation will be done by mid April.
3. Will post a new illustration by the end of March.
