Very Basic Forge Guide

I know it's not really why you are here, but over the time I did receive some questions about my PAIs and how I create them and so I've decided to start writing a very basic guide of how to use forge - the software I use for my PAIs.
If you have any experience with this stuff, then this guide probably does not hold any new information for you. It's really just an installation guide and how to run it for the first pic. But, maybe it's of interest to some of you who wondered who to get into this :)
The Guide is available to all Patrons on the homepage in the new Hexxet's Corner Section.
If time permits I will continue this guide and go a bit more in depth with inpainting, upscaling, detailer and models. That being said, I'm no expert myself but I'll try explaining it with my own words from a creators perspective rather than a technical one... I think ^^. Maybe that works out for some for you :)

I find Invoke to have a much better UI for things like inpainting. It's all in the GUI integrated in instead of a separate tab and completely different settings.

2025-03-22 14:46:45 +0000 UTCThanks. I don't know anything about Invoke, but I just managed to continue my second chapter to the guide and it deals with img2img and inpainting. That probably works the same in most SD softwares :)

2025-03-19 10:29:01 +0000 UTCNice quick guide for Forge. I personally find Invoke to be much more intuitive and powerful, but the compatibility for some features is not as high and it can take longer to implement the newest stuff.
