Update Info - Tier Names and Logos

At a lot of other patreon pages I've seen people having icons and cute names for their tiers, while my tier names where a bit lackluster. So I've created some mind control related Icons and thought up some cooler Tier names.
- Tier I is now called: MC Enthusiast
- Tier II is now called: MC Afficionado
- Tier III is now called: MC Connoisseur
Also Tier IV changed it's name to MC Comission Tier. But I do plan on changing Tier IV up a bit in the future to maybe make it more attractive.
