Daily posts notification

Lately I was wondering if I'm actually spamming you with E-Mail notifications if I always check the notification button when I do the daily main story pages. So, for the last few days I did not check it on. And now I'm wondering wheter you are missing the notification and want them back, or if it is better like this (only getting notified if there is a more important update / new post)?

Yes, Once a main story post is complete I was planning to send an update notification either way.
