I'm making everyone cry this week. Go me!! :) Glad I could surprise you with the sex scene. Being so early in the story, there isn't really much hardcore stuff yet, so just being able to do a scene that goes a bit further than the 'usual' activity was quite a nice change of pace. Mikey is certainly complex. There's so much I want to say about him and his journey and what's going on in his head, but I can't... spoilers! But I'm confident you'll continue to enjoy his journey. Josh and his new family are quite adorable. They're not a huge story feature (I have to be quite careful about extra characters as it's already tough to share equal time with an ensemble cast) but they will definitely be an important part of Josh's life from now on. You're right about how tough that would have been for Danny to do. It really goes to show that, even though he still doesn't see what he did as brave, he is very much a courageous boy. I'm glad they're all able to start moving on. Thanks again for your comments Matt

I considered showing more of the time Nicky was unable to cum, but I figured that was nowhere near as interesting as what would happen at the end. Having the four of them together like that felt like a natural progression for the group, as did having Mikey be the one to bottom. It was lovely to be able to give Josh something he had been missing. It felt important that, after living with such awful brothers that he finally got to see some good ones. Brotherhood is a theme that will run through a lot of Josh's time at the school. As will his humour and how the trauma he lived through and its impact on his development. The roof scene... oof! Originally I had planned not to include chapter 27, due to simply being too traumatic and as a result, I felt the need to explain everything that happened through other means. This scene was intended to be the reveal of what happened between Josh and Danny. Obviously I ended upo leaving chapter 27 in, which I'm very glad I did, but this scene on the roof ended up working even better as a bit of closure for them both and a step towards their recovery. 2021-11-14 21:04:01 +0000 UTCI’m sitting here crying, too! What a big chapter, definitely an emotional roller coaster! The scene between the four boys…that was something else. Not sure what I was expecting to happen once Nicky’s forfeit was up but it definitely wasn’t that! And Mickey! Woah! Speaking of Mikey, and I know I say this a lot…I’m so glad we’re getting to see more of him. He’s such a complex character that unravels a little more with each chapter. I can’t wait to see the adventures he and Nicky will have! I was super happy to see the connection that Josh made with the two other “sons of Kingswood.” I think this will be good for his own healing especially since he hit it off so well with the two boys! The final scene…that’s what really got me. It takes a lot to get up in front of your peers and say the kinds of things Danny and Josh did and I’m so proud of them. It’s definitely time for the healing to really begin and I know they’re all going to enjoy getting that rooftop garden back together!

Especially if it's happy tears like today. But I should start with the sex scene with Nicky, Mikey, Danny and Chris, it was just so hot! Poor Nicky, so frustrated haha... And Mikey finally trying "the butt stuff" for real, wow. He seems to be a natural bottom, he really took Nicky's oversized tool like a champ. And I suspect he'll crave it constantly now. And we got to see the bossy side of him again, after being a total sub earlier. It seems he can switch in either direction with a push of a button. And he can be very kinky too, which I love. Can't wait to see his future sexual adventures. Gonna be interesting ;) And I'm so glad that Josh finally got siblings he deserves! Still a bit concerned for him since he keeps using humor as a defense mechanism. But I guess if it helps him to cope, it's all fine for now. No idea what will happen in the future, but at some point I'm sure he'll need to open up a bit more or he'll go crazy. And that whole scene on the roof... well you already know it brought me to tears. Just such a beautiful thing for Danny to do. I'm so happy he finally talked about "the incident" with other boys. They deserved to know. And I can really see how rebuilding the garden will help him. And that last sentence: "It was finally time to heal". It really was 😢.
