A date with Nik
Added 2021-08-24 19:36:01 +0000 UTCSo Nik took me to a late night Korean barbecue. A man after my own heart! I gotta say, I’m impressed. This guy eats A LOT! It’s the first time someone out-eats me at an all-you-can eat restaurant. Is it weird that I find that kinda sexy?
Anyway, I got to know a bit more about my mentor. I learned that he enjoys food a lot, that he likes to try new things as often as possible, and that he’s into old horror movies. He also told me that most of his family still lives in Greece, so the guys at Cabaret Bara feel a bit like a second family for him.
He admitted that he wanted to take me out because he noticed that I was sad after my friend went back to the US. I didn’t know he paid attention to that. At work, he’s usually pretty “straight to the point”. But after tonight, he doesn’t just feel like my mentor anymore...
