Celestial Gate - Our First Ever Release!

Thank you so much for the support you've shown this project so far! We've been working very hard in the background trying to get this project just right for all to enjoy. It's been several months in the making so please let us know what you think. :)
This is the scene version of our Celestial Gate battlemap. Follow that link if you want to grab the battlemaps to go with it!
We wanted the scene to feel like you're peaking through the birch forest to this mysterious glade of ancient stones beneath the dappled light. We're really happy with how this one turned out and we really hope you enjoy the animated versions too for your games.
How will your players activate the Celestial Gate and what will happen when they do?

For this release, we collaborated with the talented Arcane Anthems so you'll have some beautiful, magical background music to combine with this scene!
They wrote a wonderful track for the Celestial titled Dark Delirium Ethereal Mystery which you can download for free. You can check out the rest of their RPG music library here.

2023-04-07 15:47:22 +0000 UTCSure, glad to help. My use case is as a worldbuilder using Foundry VTT. A game world in Foundry VTT has a login screen. Initially I submitted a feature request to Foundry VTT to allow an mp4 to be used as a background for the login screen, so I could use your scenes there. They replied and told me while the login screen backgrounds don't support mp4, it's already possible to use an animated .webp in this area, so I did a quick-and-dirty conversion to test and this does indeed work. I explored a few online free mp4 to webp converters out there and while they do the job, they seem to apply a very heavy compression to the webp output which results in the quality taking a severe hit, and if I can get away with it, I'd rather not upload your art to some quasi-shady online site. I realize this ask does mean a bit more work for your team and if it's an issue, I understand and I can keep shopping around for a conversion method I can use on my end whenever you do a release. However it would be super convenient for me to have the animated webp file available with each Foundry scene module you put out. Happy to reach out to someone via DM on your Discord to show an example of my use case using my own Foundry world if it helps. Thanks for your consideration!
