This scene was very highly voted for in one of our recent polls, so here it is! The Slum District! Check out the original map here.
Unfortunately not all areas in fantasy worlds are pristine. This area of town is close to the industrial district and the sanitation options just aren't maintained as well as the streets surrounding the palace. Perfect for lurking goblins and weird monsters from the toxic waters.
Ryan on our team was saying he has 2 paintings at home similar to this scene, of his Grandfather going to and coming home from working at the coal mines. Let's be thankful we're just playing these areas in RPGs now.
