P.S. also I heard Patreon launches services to produce custom merch for patrons: cups, pins, hoodies, t-shirts and so on shipping worldwide... are you interested in that kind of things? (I dunno if it will have any effect on fees, I haven't read into it deeply yet... but as an idea... I dunno. sounds interesting)
