I look forward to working with you again this year. 年賀絵はタツノオトシゴの仮装をしたニナちゃんです。 途中でおなかが大きくなるのはタツノオトシゴの♂だと気付きましたが、手遅れでした。 The New Year illustration for 2024 is Nina dressed as a seahorse. While I was working on this illustration, I realized that seahorses have a swollen male belly, but I could no longer go back and had to finish it. 元日、この絵を仕上げてる最中に地震の発生を知りました。 今回、私の住む場所に被害はありませんが、いずれ大地震が来るとされる地域でもあり、他人事ではありません。 被害に合われた皆様の健康と生活の再建をお祈りするとともに、自分も備えをしっかりしていこうと思います。 While I was finishing this illustration on New Year's Day, I learned of a major earthquake in Japan. Although there was no damage where I live, this is one of the places where scholars say a major earthquake will eventually occur, so I was not a stranger to the situation. I pray that everyone affected by the earthquake will be able to regain their health and lives. And I must be prepared for a big earthquake as well.
