Lady guards have to try to abstain themselves from using Alchy's products unfortunately. As tempting as they are, it could damage their reputation among their cohorts plus a myriad of other issues (including lack of clothing).

I can only imagine they'd make her job easier, too, though I can imagine the Jarl might not be too happy spending all of that money on enormous uniforms. It's just a lot of fabric. I wouldn't blame him if he were to... skimp out.
