Eminem himself can be heard using these same verses on other freestyles. The same is true for basically off the top. Some of this is genuinely off the top btw. And proof was going off the top a lot. Just take it from a rapper/writer. People who think rappers like Jay, Big and Wayne actually just walked in the booth and recorded classics without writing them are just wrong. They might not have technically put it on paper, but they thought it all out before hand. It is impossible to maintain flow, rhyme schemes and formulate punchlines consistently and tie it all together as a song with a hook and everything too. People who are good at freestyling have something truly ill come together occasionally but it is usually a lot of filler mixed with bits and pieces of verses they've stored away in their mind.
