He says In the song ‘talkin to myself’ that he almost made a song dissing lil Wayne coz it’s like he was jealous coz of the attention he was getting.
So this is a metaphor of taking the hip hop game of lil Wayne I’m presuming

I joined the patreon this month to watch this and some more but definitely wanted to see this as Seduction is one of my favorite tracks. It's gotta be a metaphor for hip-hop and the dude referenced is whoever is at the top at the time. Eminem will drop a new album and steal the games attention no matter who it is. Thanks Stevie!☝️

I’ve noticed when Eminem starts randomly dissing on certain tracks and he really not even beefing with anybody. He’s starts dissing the entire game just Incase somebody thinking they go toe to toe with the alpha. I could be wrong but it’s what I’ve drawn from tracks like “seduction” and “on fire.”

Funny, around the time this came out Jay Z had just dropped Blueprint 3. On that album Jay was doing this adlib sound throughout that kinda sounded like "aaawwe, aaawwe". Same sound Em mimics in the second verse after he raps "and I'm every single slot, and you're not...aaawwe". I always thought he was low key dissin Jay on this track, saying he's a better rapper and that's why hip-hop truly loves him.

Rap game "belonged" to someone else...but then why is "she" all over Eminem? You think "she" is yours? Naw...the evidence points to her falling for Em, regardless of what she's done in the past, and who thinks they have her locked down. That's why he talks about it being "verbal seduction", and is suggesting that no matter what you think, the rap game belongs to him because his skills won "her" over.

Oh ait didnt thought about that. But was really for anyone tho, right? I thought it was for Drake most and little for Wayne. Cause this is "old" and around the time drake came out. Or maybe i got that wrong, I'm talking about the complete track btw not just that line bruh.

The song is a subtle diss but I'm not too sure to who. However Em referred to his his Recovery albums promotional freestyle Despicable, which was a little jab at Drake and Rick Ross. He also referred to being a dallas star, referring to Jay-Z's reference to Em on A Star Was Born ft J. Cole. It could also be a subtle jab at Lil Wayne as Wayne wears his heart on his sleeve even though he sports a white vest. Wayne called out Eminem to do a song together on the BBC Radio back before this song was released. My gut tells me the majority of the song is jabbed at Drake because of the awestruck bar because back when this song was released, Drake was a new artist.

I’d like to see you reacting to songs that Eminem’s produced. Eminem doesn’t get the recognition he deserves as a producer.
Some examples:
2 Pac & Biggie - Runnin’ (Dying to live)
Nas - The Cross
Jay-Z - Moment of Clarity
Jay-Z & Freeway - 8 Miles and Runnin
Yelawolf - American You
2 Pac entire Loyal to the game album
Tons of 50 Cent & G-Unit
This would be a good way to switch up the content while continuing to pay homage to Eminem & his impact on hip-hop.
Am I right, or am I right? 😝

It was a subtle diss. It was for Jay-Z. The scheme where he says he’s not gonna do one syllable of him rapping with “aww” was a shot to how Jay-Z was rapping back in the BP3 days.

I heard the same, only in reference to Wayne saying he is married to the game constantly and Wayne calling Em out when he was in hiatus grieving for proof. But a lot of water has past since then and em has to much respect for Wayne it has been shown now.

Ok the theory is before em came back from his time off he was real jealous that he was on top now cause em pretty much just gave it up. Em came with relapse and it didn’t compete he turned around in a hurry and dropped recovery. Very poppy, he successfully took back his top spot, in fact I can remember watching BET when they were ranking and Wayne got number 2 spot and em number 1. Wayne always talking how he is married to the game and this was him throwing it out there. Who knows it’s kind of a conspiracy but if you listen to it again it makes sense. Em talked about wanting to diss Wayne so to me it’s not far fetched for him to do it like this just to get it off his chest

em fucks with wayne, he wouldn't diss him like that. it's just generally about how em's got rap seduced and is throwing it in other rapper's faces. I rly don't think it's a shot at anyone specific. If it was, em would make it known
