Nobody related to raping their mother and killing ppl and shit but this album sold 11 million copies, which means that music ain’t supposed to be taken at face value. Just because a lot of rap is surface level doesn’t mean everything is like dang, ppl are really out here thinking that 11 million plus ppl are relating to raping their mamas. I kno albums are only a year apart but his voice in sslp was higher n softer I believe, n mmlp he had more agression n emotion. Becoming more personal with shock value. Where the first was mainly a introduction into the fucked up mind of shady with drugs, humor, sex etc. but i thought he still rapped ! Lol

He takes you to a world where crazy rules and does it in such a way that denying the greatness of it is suspect of ignorant hate. Yeah the content is not for everyone but the way he molds it all together and grips your attention is undeniable.
