omggg i’ve been waiting for so long for u to get to a single pale rose!!!! i loved watching ur reaction and how u were processing the information of the biggest bomb that SU drops on us HAHA im so glad you weren’t spoiled bc the reveal is. SUCH A TREAT! it recontextualizes the ENTIRE show, makes you question literally everything that rose has done. makes u think about like the war story garnet tells of a terrible tyrant pink diamond and the wonderful rebel leader rose quartz. who told her the terrible stories of pink? must have been rose fabricating these stories !! she bubbled bismuth bc she couldn’t tell her the truth. bismuth was threatening to shatter diamonds, to shatter ROSE. so many things to think about now. thank you so much for these reactions!! i hope you continue to enjoy the series :,)

Pink came out smaller than her sisters and less serious so she could be a flawed Diamond. But since she’s still a Diamond she had the clout and status just with no real function other than to exist (and bother her sisters). And the Gem’s temple you’d asked about was teased in the episode when they did the play retelling the founding of Beach city. You’ll get one more inferences to where the temples design is based from in the later episodes.
