He's talking about death saying he spit in the face of death essentially. And it gave him another life as a opportunity. Then says dont take shit for granted but give it, then says dont take no bull as in bull shit but grab it by its horn as in grab the bull by its horn. He essentialy talked mad shit saying he almost died came back to life to not take shit and kill this shit. And when he said he had a epiphany on the toilet its because he had thought of his bigest hit while taking a shit which i believe was the song "hi my name is" or "the real slim shady" cant exactly remember but it was one of the two. He pretty much said in a interview came up with his most iconic song while taking a shit. Btw happy birthday bro keep up the work 💪
