Marv did in interview recently where he said he beat eminem, then after they went to a party and em told him he wanted a rematch

Jose Mendoza

Marv 1 did win that round but Em’s was off the dome. His wasn’t.

dws.Vegvisir

My man. You did it!!!

dws.Vegvisir

I think there is more dope battles in this movie

D D

The female rapper who chocked was hilarious esp., the way Stevie laughed about it. That tickled me 🤣🤣🤣. Fun video 😁

Anne-Marie Thawes

Well said bro

Johnny Bravo

I explained that em wasn't supposed to rap and they even cut the first one out in this clip where he went first and didn't say a word as he was supposed to then he went second and couldn't sit quiet when I suggested this video. It was fun im glad he did it. He had fun I could tell. Lol

the misconception about "stans" is that we think eminem is invincible from criticism, which at least for me is not true at all. I imagine most stans are between 25-35 years old and have witnessed the entirety of eminems career and , for me personally, i just find it disrespectful when people have been publically writing him off since revival and even a little before that. I was even initially dissapointed with revival because it had been 3-4 years since mmlp2 and he set the bar high with rap god and I was looking for more of that, so alot of songs just didnt hit me at first. I was talkin about it with my amateur rapper co-worker and he played the chloraseptic remix for me and i was immediately a believer again. And then he went on to do kamikaze and m2bmb and i went back and listened to revival with a more open mind and learned to appreciate it. The negative image of a "stan" is likely because they know eminems body of work and its offensive to hear people like charlamagne and joe buddens(especially joe) talk shit on their huge platform after everything eminem has done for the game and the fact that in like 8-10 major albums there was only one that was kind of a dud. And it wasnt really even a dud, it was just weirdly timed. In a way it was great for em's career to get that kinda criticism because when eminems got a score to settle, thats when he peaks. He could do the rap acrobatics all day and theyre amazing but when theres a statement to be made, those are actually the best songs. The ringer I think was maybe the greatest statement song of the decade.

the freestyles from this movie were good enough to be in my cd rotation in 2003

Adam R Gordon

All the other MC's were auditioning to possibly be in the movie, that's why they were prepared and EM wasn't.

SlapYo Mama

EM was not supposed to battle, he had a soar throat. The competitor in him took over, that's why he had to turn the mike on. It was all off the top of the dome.

SlapYo Mama

He was supposed to do a battle with some of the best the extra's and shoot some extra footage at the same time. Because of intense shooting days he lost his voice a bit and he wasnt allowed to really rap himself by the producer. But the first time he was up 2nd, he couldn't hold it and switches on the mic. The extra's had a chance to write there raps on forehand. The full clip is somewhere on youtube and also on the extra's on the dvd of 8 Mile

Rodrick Techno

Please do juice vs Eminem rap battle it's when he admits to g taking a L

John

Fun fact, "dont get mad and go taking your period out on me, cuz I ain't done shit to you" was a line Em said in his actual battling days. After doing this, you gotta go react to his real battles! https://youtu.be/NGVS-JzWdD0

DesertKate Walker

damn @Nash i was like why is all my internet working except for yt vids rn wtf

Paul Boyer

mySoberLife

Michael manchester

before Em went against the chick. She put her and on her chest and laughed. She knew her ass was done

Sup, dawg!

It’s too bad the video quality from ems real battle rap days is sooo bad cuz he was a monster but you can’t hear everything they are saying it sucks

Mike

I've been waiting for this!!

David Vanderpool

haven't seen these in a while...thx for this!! The female MC's name is D'Phuzion so I always thought he said "what's ur name, D'Phuzion? Well then I guess I gotta defuse you" meaning he'll disarm/disable her in the battle. Hard to hear tho so idk

Anna

One of the funniest reaction to date!

Kostia

Because his throat was hurting, that is why he was talking very gentle.

Gabriel Glover

I probably should of watched the video before commenting lol my bad

Jason King

Behind the scenes shit for this movie showed Em on break from shooting at the shelter, would askw anyone from the crowd that wanted to come battle him on stage for fun, lot of people took the offer, but you can guess how it went lol

Jason King

Fun fact. Eminem lost his voice rehearsing so much, so he really was gonna just pretend to battle, and let these rappers get their verses off to see if it could fit the movie. They were doing so well, eminem decided to turn the mic on and actually battle

Jonathan Nelson

EM throat was hurting from all the rehearsals, so the director told him to pretend to battle rap, but EM couldn't take it anymore, he had to jump on the mike. I had this movie and they explained what happened during this part.
