2024-07-15 19:39:38 +0000 UTCI think Luz is missing a big point in all her guilt, that Phillip not only already knew about the collector already, he was like 90% finished retrieving the collector's imprisonment talisman. The bait he took for the monster just happened to survive the ordeal when he predicted they wouldn't. I'd argue the significantly bigger oof was the Light glyph. It was the last one he was missing. He's said twice now things like "its like the titan didn't want me to have them/it was hiding them from me" and after seeing Luz naturally intuitively uncover them all in weeks/months, that idea is haunting.

2024-06-05 21:26:50 +0000 UTCWhile it’d be cool for the storyline conflict idea you had to happen, there are multiple reasons why putting it in the show may not have gone well. For 1, ‘found family’ between Luz and Hunter does make them siblings. There also wasn’t enough time to keep adding in more details than addressing everything that was already put out there. 2, one part of the show was that Dana Terrace wanted TOH world to be accepting of the LGBTQIA community. To put in the conflict of the 2 having secrets that made others think they were together plays into a scare tactic against bi people. Hence breaking the accepting universe she strove to create.
