What I don’t understand about Snoop Dog stance on Em, is if he’s such a gangster why doesn’t he talk to Em directly if he has a problem with him taking over hip hop. Airing your grievances in public smacks of being a bit of a whiny little bitch not a gangster. He just sounds like a bitter old man, it’s embarrassing. Eminem has done nothing to deserve that level of hostility.

Anne-Marie Thawes

Crazy right!?

Hannah Is Watching

Martha's 1000% more gangsta than Snoop is. At least she's genuine, and takes her shit like a (wo)man.

scamrasc

WTF???? How has Snoop been talking all this shit for so many years and NO ONE fucking knew????? That kind of speaks volumes, does it not?....Like damn, NO ONE has been checking for you to the degree this is all brand fucking new info.💀

scamrasc

Snoop would do anything for money. He's a snitch, a rat, a bitch and sellout.

scamrasc

Snoop's jealous that the white boy came in and took over - he superseded Snoop's record for fastest selling album and he took front and centre placing by Dre's side....all of a sudden it was "Snoop who" in the eyes of the media, and Snoop's projects didn't make any waves anymore. Of course he was jealous and bitter. He tells himself it was just Dre's impact because that's what it was for HIM, until Dre found a new and stronger creative bond with Em...it's the definition of jealousy, when you need to lie to yourself to make the pill easier to swallow. Which is stupid, because Doggystyle is a legit certified classic, and the impact Snoop had when it was his time was huge. It's all just fucking ego, with an unhealthy dose of racism thrown in, that he's this fucking bitter about Eminem.......DIDN'T STOP HIM BEGGING EM TO TOUR WITH HIM TO MAKE A BIG OLD $100M CHECK.

scamrasc

Ah yes...We all know that great GANGSTA Katy Perry....watch out fellas, she'll shiv a bitch who looks at her funny! She hides her knives in her tits. All that whipped cream was a distraction, Snoop's LIFE was in DANGER!!! He was under brutal attack from a THUG.

scamrasc

Oh yeah. I've always been a fan of Snoop. I only know his popular songs. But I always liked him in general. But yeah he definitely should not be doing this right now. I know everybody knows that Snoop Dogg doesn't write the majority of his stuff. I think he even admitted this. It's not a big secret. But I feel like even if he hires the best ghost writers there are there's nobody that will be able to come close to Eminem. Unless he can somehow convince Eminem to be his ghostwriter? Just like Eminem said in book of rhymes. Y'all are flow biters so I don't kind of explain to you why they call me your ghost Rider/writer

Chris Benoit

Tough one. But I can see it being shots at him. Those specific words are there for a reason. What I do know, snoop don’t want that smoke lol

Ali Guitron

And yet Snoop made a feature on the same album Stan was on calling Em his "nephew" and "the great white hope" what a 2 faced clout chasing racist 🤡.

lukeslayer

you ain’t lying. Snoop racist as fuck

Ali Guitron

** I may be reaching here but...... I'm Pretty sure Snoop dissed Eminem. He doesn't call him out by name... But idk... I want you guys to give me your opinion. I don't wanna go around saying I think Snoop Dogg dissed Eminem if this is supposed to be to someone else or I'm overreacting or it's an old song. Sounds like it's directed at Eminem. Says something about same dude who closed curtains get a closed casket or something along those lines. Eminem show has a song called curtains closed. Well, it's a skit. Snoop says you call yourself superman well I'll be your kryptonite. Your girl gonna fuck a real crypt tonight. He mentions Kamakazi..... I find it hard to believe Snoop wrote this shit. Think he's been trying to memorize for the last few days. And finally got it.... Here we go......... Let me know what you think. Or let me know if you think I'm reaching. Cuz there's a chance that I'm wrong and it has nothing to do with Em. But find that hard to believe. Found the link to the YouTube Video. What do you think https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=zEfn_WmLsdM

Chris Benoit

Also note, Snoop a gangster but he did a song called California Gurls with Katy Perry.

Kyle Stephenson

Dre said he didn't realize how many people around him were racist until he signed Em. Snoop was one of them.

Kyle Stephenson

You a gangsta 24/7 don't listen to anything sad, don't listen to anything romantic!? 🤣 Fuck snoop bro, like you said - hasn't done shit for the culture since doggystyle

Oscar Perez

I would’ve never thought Snoop to b a jealous bitch. That’s how to you talk about an ex that hurt you. Insecure as fuck about Eminem being bigger than him. He hates that Eminem is white, better than him, is considered one of the best ever and he isn’t. Gangsta? STFU you skinny little bitch. I’d smack the fuck outta him and I listen to every genre of music. You’ve always Bren scared of Shug and don’t scare anybody. Gangsta?!?! Please...

Chris Sturgill

He probably mad the light wasn't on him anymore it was on eminem nthats called hatin

Mike Ackerman

And then Dre's quote from the Defiant Ones interview: "Something told me that Eminem was the artist that I was supposed to work with, but I didn't know how many racists I had around me."

Dustin Sisler

Neither of them come out and say it, but Snoop would have been one of them at the time: Em's verse: "It was you who believed in me when everyone was tellin' you Don't sign me, everyone at the fuckin' label, let's tell the truth! You risked your career for me, I know it as well as you Nobody wanted to fuck with the white boy Dre, I'm cryin' in this booth" Dre's verse: "Went through friends, some of them I put on, but they just left They said they was ridin' to the death But where the fuck are they now, now that I need them? I don't see none of them, all I see is Slim Fuck all you fair-weather friends! All I need is him Fuckin' backstabbers! When the chips were down you just laughed at us"

Dustin Sisler

bro makes sense Dre left death row then after some time started aftermath then found EM

Toby McSweeney

You can tell snoop hates Eminem because Dre gave Em all his attention and snoop thought he ran the world

Dylan Thomas

Snoop just bitter that it shifted from Snoop and Dre to Em and Dre. Also Snoop is friends with Martha Stewart. NOW THAT’S GANGSTA

Tom Zoeter

If you’re that much of a gangster put the mic down...you should be out killing mother fuckers right now...hahah fuck snoop..doggy style is his only good album and that’s only because of Dre.

Ryan

I said it before and I will say it again: Snoop is mad because: before Eminem (90s) the rap game was a Dre and snoop domination. Ever since Eminem’s first album, the rap game had been a Dre and Eminem domination.

Michael Dumaine

So in I need a Doctor., when Dre spits the line "now that I need them, I don't see none o them, all I see is Slim, fuck all you fair weather friends, all I need is him" - he may be referring to Snoop? Among others 🤔

Chris Bridge

A song Snoop did back in 2005 (2 minute warning) throwing some shade towards Em. "I'm gone then you suddenly hip-hoppin? Sheeit, sip the gin then I'm in the wind Pop a beam like a M&M So strong yet a nigga thin Rappers stay sayin Slim so Shady but ain't talkin Eminem So fuck you, him, and him I was gangbangin befo' a nigga entered in"

Hannah Is Watching

Damn.. looks like my comment got deleted somehow. I wrote a lot of shit lol. Basically if you go back and listen to "I need a Doctor," "The Defiant Ones," the fact that Snoop was in Dre's camp before Em was signed, and these snoop interviews, there is a clear pattern of Snoop having issues with Em, and it's starting to become clear that it's because he's white and he's as good as he is. Seems like Snoop is still putting up a racial wall around hip-hop. Which is stupid because music doesn't have a color.. whack ass people bring that shit into it.. but that's a whole other topic lol. White people don't want to disrespect where hip-hop came from, we just want to be allowed to be part of it too and enjoy it. Feels like something that could be used to bring us together is being used by some to divide us and I don't agree with that.

Dustin Sisler

Say Hello To Martha Stewart for me “Gangsta” lmfao 🤪 smh 🤦‍♂️

Michael Thornton

Damn he on some lord jamar shit disappointed in him to the max damn

ZACHARY HORVATH

just joined the patreon, love the channel

luk3ycharm

Snoop has been irrelevant for a very long time. He will forever be a legend in hip hop...With that being said, "You mention me, millions of views, attention in news I mention you, lose-lose for me, win-win for you Billions of views".

MimiLoveee♡

Totally agree with you! Well said. I would like to ask you, I feel like if Em had responded to Nick that it wouldn't have been a race issue but rather skill, but I could be wrong. Assuming I'm not tho, what would be the difference/factor to turn Em vs Snoop into a racial issue in your opinion?

KZ_Abel

This not the full audio. It’s cutting out the whole coversation. It’s only highlighting what snoop said. The context of the conversation made it hit harder

VeteranReacts

Crook has a valid point about how it would become a racial issue. But notice that when it came to TALENT that Crook didn't say much at all? Could it be because the argument (to Crook's point of view) would never be grounded in "talent" as judged by the audience, but always viewed as a 'race issue" because TOO many people in the "black community" view rap/hip-hop as "purely a black thing" and would be automatically biased against Em because of skin color? Because, if Crook's view is that the argument of "rap being black" is introduced, that kind of instantly dismisses the entire argument over "who is more talented". And generally speaking, if you are arguing about 2 different issues, you will never have 1 honest result. On "talent", it is clear that Em would win hands down. But when "skin color" gets involved, then you run the risk of "arguing for the restriction of what rap/hip-hop should be" to the point that it would then become "taboo to use outside of those restrictions". And that, I honestly feel, is the LAST thing that Crook wants to see happen. That the "restrictions" on what is, or is not, rap/hip-hop become so strict, that it will confine it to the point of no longer being as widely accepted as it is, or as broadly accessible to new artists.

Herrzimm

I can only hope for one of two things: - This is another genius marketing tactic by Shady/Aftermath to secure some attention in 2021... and/or - Majority of the audience does not struggle to see there are two sides of the fight against racial equality. You are either working toward a solution, or you are part of the problem. With that said, Snoop’s only way to fight out of this to be blatantly racist.

cr!t!c

Snoop the only gangster rapping for Just eat

daniel Lynch

Snoop vs Em? Well, have you ever asked yourself why BOTH 2Pac and Easy E were bad mouthing Snoop before their deaths? Could it be that they BOTH knew that Snoop was the type to "turn his back" on someone as soon as he was no longer going to be able to ride their coat-tails? I mean, just how much longer is it going to be before Snoop starts to downplay Dre's career? It can't be TOO far away now that Dre is at the point of doing less production than before. I wouldn't be surprised if Snoop/Aftermath collaborations completely stop.

Herrzimm

Snoop at his "Gangster Best" : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=on-H1f7uyq0 Seriously, once you become a "commercial jingle rapper" just how "hood" are you?

Herrzimm

Stevie, Crook put out a video giving his opinion on Snoop vs Em, pretty much saying he don't wanna see them collide cuz it might become a racial issue. Would love to hear your thoughts. Keep up the good work! https://youtu.be/tjOPfqG1zrU

KZ_Abel

Nah, now they’re using puppets with his voice dubbed over. Even more gangsta.

Matthew Hindle

This advert still plays to this day

Sam Woodward

He says Dre made Em the best Em he could be. Well Dre made Snoop the best Snoop could be. He just jealous he flames out and Em hasn’t.

matt thompson

Yeah snoop would have killed the Stan beat with his repetetive gangster lyrics 🤦‍♂️

Bargard

Now I'm confused I'm trying to understand this how could anybody in the world not identify or understand what Stan was about, so as a human you couldn't understand that if you were famous you would have (some) crazy fans that are willing to do crazy ridiculous shit. If you as person don't have the ability to just imagine yourself being famous or so popular that your fans become completely irrational, then you might have something going astray in your head and just might want to go get that checked out.(so I guess if you're a gangster you just can't imagine being famous or popular) hahahaha the more I listen to Snoop Dogg talk the more I realize how ignorant he is.

Scott Flaherty

Snoop a studio gangster. A hating ass wankster is what he is.

Sergiy Angelyniauk

Agreed since Snoop was Dre’s guy until Em came around!

Brian Gio Hidalgo

Snoop is also a celebrity and Stan is about a crazy fan..something you’d think all celebs could probably relate to

Kurt

He's jealous. Plain and simple.

Jimmy McMinn

This was an ad running on British tv a few months ago. So. Fucking. Gangsta. https://youtu.be/uFPEedHvHqs Always liked Snoop’s music but get tf outta here...🤨

Matthew Hindle

Nice vid man, great points!! i totally agree and find it sad to have this situation between these two legends, such a fan of both! I hear a lot of interviews recently about how people still think Em is whack and not saying anything. I think having an open mind and appreciating different lifestyles etc is key to get over that and then you can appreciate the art and artist. Just because Em doesn’t rap about gangsta shit doesn’t make him any less connected with issues. Fighting to be heard and breaking through this hip hop shit is pretty gangsta to me and inspirational. He has grown up around that as well, just look around at his friends, affiliates and where he grew up! If he was more hood and rapped about the gangsta stuff it would be better? Or would the question then be, he’s not “our” type of gangsta...i feel like the hood don’t listen to Em so he doesn’t get certified but it’s ok if he inspires young artist’s from the hood to push their pens? I also feel people will always clown on stuff they don’t understand...it’s better learn about stuff you don’t know or understand, rather than sound stupid on stuff you don’t know. You have to understand, art is whatever you make it man. Picassco could draw amazingly well but his pictures might suggest otherwise...Stevie, you need to do more educational classes on lyricism for some of these people, which will include the likes of Em to show how people push their pens man! Your stuff is fire man! Keep it up man 🔥

MajinYogiBear

I’ve been a hip hop fan for many years my first CD I bought with my first check from the corn fields was Eazy E- Easy Duz it!!! Which was his only solo album in his career, all other tracks were with NWA. That was my introduction to “Gangsta Rap”. I didn’t relate to any of it as a young kid from the Midwest but I freaking loved the fact that they spoke on what they deal with, and their day to day! It’s music and if you moves you and makes you feel some kind of way, that’s what it’s about. I know wordy posts but that I’m gangsta I don’t listen to that fucked me up. He has just been a HATER since day one. I bought Doggystyle too. That shit was as soft as a fluffy puppy compared to Eazy and NWA. RANT OVER. Sorry Fam!! Worked a long night shift and hearing that puppy barking got me jacked!! Much love from Illinois have a great week!!

Joseph Astle

He’s mad cause Em took Dre’s attention away from him. Snoop was Dre’s son, til Em took his spot. Sibling rivalry.

Chris

He doesn't like Em cause he's a "gangsta" but he can do a cooking show with Martha Stewart, the fuck outta here. I think Stevie nailed it, he's just a salty dog cause a white boy was and still is more relevant than his gangsta ass. Snoop was one of favorites but he's looking like a clown. Him and Benzeno should form a group. Hahaha

Robin Gibson

69 called snoop out on camera for being a snitch and snoop didnt do shit lol he a closet queen wanna be gangster who aint shit

Jason King

Spewing pure salty hate!! Mad like many of the artists that Em came on the scene and dominated from the jump. If you can pull every time Em paid homage to the artists that influenced him it would be that many more times than I’ve heard Snoop pay homage! Probably the most disgusting interview I’ve heard! Honestly all I heard was I wish I had it like Em, I wish I could produce lyrical genius like Em, he’s acting like a Stan that doesn’t want to admit he’s a Stan!

Joseph Astle

https://youtu.be/1ZfttKysQtE Can’t find the original vid

Steve Green

"I don't listen to Eminem cause I'm a gansta". This is the same guy that became Snoop Lion and tried to be Bob Marley. And he thinks Eminem dissed him. All he did was smack the dog on the nose and say don't do it again. Kept relevant with Corona beer commercials and commentating on Youtube boxing fights lol poor Snoop he's like 2 steps above Benzino at this point

Patrick Watts

Snoop a gangster but Martha Stewart done more time then him? He a phony man and thats the problem he has, he done the same with Pac. Hes showman gangsta shit couldn't compare with real life pacmso he hated him on the downlow and pac hated him till his death, now hes doing the same with Em. Hes a phone

Jason King

https://youtu.be/0emqcS_s7Os check this one

Enigma429ad

This is just sad. He is a sad old head. Such a shame. And again cuz Em’s skin color. And indeed the only album of his I listened to is the Doggystyle.

Kostia

It’s that dissmissive tone again, he doesn’t have to say what he really feels about Eminem cause he does such a shitty job of hiding it.

Elena Lövholm

Bro u seen the shit benzinos got into literally lost his kid because he was argueing with an Eminem fan on I.g live driving like a dickhead with his kid in the car... shit runs so deep man All this black white divide is bullshit no matter what side it comes from And u can see snoops fully bought into all of this Just don’t get it man

Steve Green

He's a gangsta but he has a show with Martha Stewart.

tremebundo0

“You ain’t no gangsta you a pussy, that extacys got you all emotionally mushy” Snoop does not want to play with me and I like snoop
