Check out the song Cereal Killer (probably doesn’t deserve a video but it’s good). I think you’ll see why he loves him. Redman is unapologetically himself just like Em is.

2021-01-07 16:23:17 +0000 UTCRedman is my introduction to Hip Hop aside from Em. So much to suggest. The Muddy Waters and Doc’s Da Name are my 2 favorite albums. But with Redman it’s more about his flows and funny storytelling. He has some crazy rhyme schemes.

2021-01-07 16:21:58 +0000 UTCSounds to me like he was doing some cool things with his delivery most of all. I listen to mostly prof rock and metal, only recently I came to like Hip-Hop. So my opinion hardly matters, but he was kind of polyrhythmic with his delivery. His alliteration and rhymes would at times fall mid-beat. His style was different.
