Pegasi can walk on clouds and fly, Unicorns have traditional magic but it's limited to their talent, and Earth Ponies gain extra strength, and a natural talent for growing things quickly. They sometimes get variations on that, based on a pony's specific talent. Pinkie gets strength but no growing magic, but she has her Pinkie Sense instead
