EMINEM - DE JAVU - I WAS SURPISED I ROCKED WITH THIS

Comments

I love the relapse CD , same song and dance . Hello , underground, CD is full of awesome tracks .

travis perrier

I love this song and reaction.

Katie Michels

Please go for "stay wide awake colored rhyme scheme

Mathias

Idc idc Relapse a top 5 Em album!

Lauren

Relapse one of the best albums, considering he had to “re-learn” how to rap so he was just rhyming words. Literally every song on the album for me has major replay value. ALSO please so Must Be the Ganja, one of the best flows you’ll ever hear, so slept on. “You’re about to witness one of the most kick ass flows in the cosmos”

Peter

It's honestly one of my favourites. It always picks my mood right up!

Nadia GardenCounty

Encore is my personal least favorite. But even ems on record saying he doesn’t like this album. But. It helped him make recovery, which is considered a classic. So 🤷🏻‍♂️. I loved this album when I came out but I was on a lot of drugs tail end of high school and next years that followed. But for me, since being clean. It doesn’t hit the same. Still enjoy it. Go back to it like once a year maybe? This songs dope though. Top 3 on album

Andrew Pisano

If you listen to Castle, Mr.Mathers skit, Deja Vu, then Arose in that order it’s a story.

Jordan G

Relapse is the most slept on Album.

Aaron

Maybe it's just me but I wish people would stop asking you to react to songs off official albums, honestly. It takes the fun out of your full album reactions and there's so much shit that aren't on albums to do in the meantime.

GFX MOD

Relapse might be the only album I shelved at the time, it was too much serial killing Shady for me and it wasn't til I read that biography and learned the details and then had a relisten, I was like damn... how did I not give this album a chance?!🙄 Recovery was on repeat for me though!

Toni-Ann

From someone who used to be hooked to pills and booze to the point of needing methadone treatment (2 years clean) this song is painfully accurate, it's a big circle, the booze makes you down, hungover, sick, you take the percs to feel better then the come down is so bad you use valium and the cycle repeats and grows each and everyday until one day you realise your body is literally dependent on the cycle just to think you're functioning like a human. Mad respect for Em for being real and showing the world how dangerous that road is. Stay safe and well everyone, much love from Australia.

lukeslayer

I knew he’d like this song thanks for doing it Stevie!

Michael manchester

Please react to Knox Hill What I Can Say Stevie that so 🔥🔥🔥🔥 he's dissing Az Izz.

Lauren

I don't understand way people hate so much on Relapse I love this album

cathy

When he said "what's a beer" it sounds like "what's up here" cuz he followed it with "that's the devil in my ear" , i dont know why but i love that line 🔥🔥 , its easy to miss so i dont blame u 😄

Musaed

Same. I felt like Em fell off when this first came out. But I didn't really give it a chance. A couple years later I listened to the whole album at a friends house and was blown away!

Kyle Stephenson

Bro it won’t let me watch the video

Kobeisking24

This shit hits hard as im sure it does with the the millions of ppl who have addiction issues.

Gary Raffa

This song is fire, glad you got to this man👍

Bargard

With this song I realized I was depressed. So it's very important to me

Nambitious

wait, youve never listened to "must be the ganja"??? my favorite song from this album. BANGER

Dalton

You're such a low key Relapse fan🤣Every song from that album you've reacted to except Beautiful (which didn't sound Relapse at all - it's sticks out) you've fucked with. Relapse is the start of sober Em. The lyrical ability leveled up.

scamrasc

You got to react to the album Relapse, there are some gems in there. There was one that I wanted you to react on Halloween...but didn't! ("Music Box") Others are funny(Ok most are crazy funny, but cadence and wordplay up the wahzoo). There are an emotional one like "Beautiful" that track is amazing on what he was saying. Then there's "Crack A Bottle" feat. Dr. Dre and 50 Cent. You should dive into this album, it is what Em said "Without Relapse, No Recovery, ...

Wayne Reimer

Couldn’t have said it better. Basically all Eminem’s albums are a long intertwined life story. Relapse grew on me too. I used to dislike it at first. Now i think it’s one of his best albums.

Tom Zoeter

Em almost died that night bro. If they found him an hour later he’d be gone

Tom Zoeter

I learned to appreciate Relapse years after it was released. I was kinda disappointed at first, being that his was his comeback album after years of nothing, but going back i’m seeing it’s greatness 🔥🔥🔥

Tom Zoeter

Yeah beautiful is a really good one from that album you should check out

darrin hults

Can't wati till the does Underground !

Roobix13

We gon get there

Gregory Knight

😄😄, lets get it

Gregory Knight

You only an album and a half away from relapse. And I can’t wait for hello. That cadence is gonna fuck Stevie up. Lol

Michael Nielsen

Highly recommend checking out Colicchie " Drug Addiction. the way he tells his story is insane it just draws you in. link to the video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_qlJlqlfvuw

Scott Reed

Bro , wanna check out something completely different that i think you would really enjoy? React to Rammstein - Du Hast .

Brett Graham

Bruh when you get to the Relapse album review you’re going to lose your mind ! Em hates Relapse but man the stories he told and honestly there’s some great beats on it. Classic album

Cam Alexander

This one the first time he speaks on Proof 👆💯💯

MimiLoveee♡

Relapse was lower on my list but always appreciated this track because he describes the relapse that nearly killed him. My appreciation for the album grew after reading his recent biography, there's a chapter describing how he had to basically re-learn how to walk, talk, and then rhyme during his rehabilitation. After realizing the completieixes of his overdose and how lucky we are there wasn't permanent brain damage, I came to the conclusion Relapse is a Masterpiece for where Em was at. There's so many layers and stories to this man's 25 year career and I am so grateful you are experiencing it with us Stevie!

Toni-Ann

His best album technique wise in my opinion. Everything is perfect and yes I’m saying the accents too as it wouldn’t be as lyrical without it. For me when Dre produces certain songs on an album for em it’s sticks out, take so bad off recovery you just know straight away it’s Dre production. 90% of album is produced by him which automatically makes relapse a masterpiece in my opinion then em just does what he does and continues to raise the bar.

Daniel Hallam

🔥🔥🔥🔥

Deann Bennett

Another great reaction stevie. Love the relapse album. Be great when you get to it on the album reviews.. it's a lyrical horror masterpiece. Probably not a heavy request but I'd like to see " going through changes " reaction. He talks about drugs and one bad night in particular. Definately worth a listen

Danny Wood

Great reaction bro. Huge fan from TURKEY. Can you please do D-12 freestyle backstage london full version. Thanks!

Suha

This was recorded when he was sober (2008-09) And one of the first times he mentions his overdose or proofs death. The tribute song for proof YOU’RE NEVER OVER is on the following album - Recovery.

Jeremy

You have to do (careful what you wish for )

leo martinez

Great reaction, but I’m surprised you didn’t notice the ending of the song was about him ODing and nearly dying. Remember when you covered Arose??

Erik L

As someone who's had/has (its a life long fight) a similar addiction to his. This shit hits different. Its his ability to build a scene you can literally visualize in your mind through rhyme schemes that makes a song like this so captivating.

My Left Finger

Relapse is fuckin’ 🔥🔥🔥🔥

STARK

Storytelling to the max. Em keeps it real, shows you that no matter how bad it gets, there’s always a way out! Love this song

Miguel Garcia

Relapse is sick stevie!

4sandg

whats funny with this album is every song is produced by Dre, the only album in which Dre contributes this much to EM, but yet its considered his "worst" album by critics. Me personally, this was the album that put me on EM when i was 13 and my brother gave it to me. I love it

Jay Carter

Great reaction cant wait for more from this album

Jesus

This album was trashed for the accents but it really helped him bend words. Slick rhyming and dope content

I swear I am getting off the internet soon

One of favorites tbh.

Lance Moore

you rocked w it cause that hook sound like 50 😂

Jenna

One of my favs brother 👊

Josh Mather

This tracks hits too man addiction no joke
