I never have heard a theory that the Alicorn Amulet is a fake Element. That's... really good considering red is missing from the gems. I think it's just that the codger was hoarding it because it was thought to be destroyed. Also, Twilight's magic is literally fueled by having friends. She's an element bearer, so over time her magic did improve. The sad thing is that the first season was aired out of order.

That's great to hear, bc there is a really good video that i think people have been asking or will ask for called Lullaby for a princess. It's really great and you wouldn't be disappointed, basically a fan version showing the fight between luna and celestia when she became nightmare moon and was banished to the moon.
