Somebody in the comments writing a novel of parasocial disappointment when you're going through one of life's biggest and most spontaneous joys was not what I expected. When I first subscribed a couple months ago you mentioned having children and I was like "Oh yeah, this is definitely a hobby for this dude". The vocal minority of these cartoon fanbase are only used to the people who only react or make videos and don't have a life outside of the screen. I say take ya time and let those people leave. This was unfortunately probably a necessary update. I've seen more than one reactor/creator get burned out from this sort of thing. It's unfortunate, because it does start to feel like a job sometimes unless you step up and say "Alright, y'all need to give me some space" It's a bit of give, a bit of take. Viewers need to realize that creators have lives outside of their content. Creators need to realize that fans can be passionate, and their passion doesn't come from a disregard for you as a person, but as a desire to share their love of their fandom(s) with you. But that's where lines gotta be drawn. I know as well as anyone that MLP fans are *especially* passionate, and can come off as selfish sometimes. But I also know that that's not their intention, and nobody wants you to feel pressured or trapped into a situation you don't want or deserve to be in. I have faith that people will back off given that they have context. Sure, one or two might not get the hint. Not everyone is capable of reading the room, so to speak. But the vast majority of us are going to understand and encourage you to take care of yourself first. Congrats on the little one coming soon. Take what time you need.

Scoot. I signed up for this patreon and subscribe on twitch. I knew as soon as you said your wife was pregnant to expect you to be inconsistent. I still try to support you every month. Missed streams and "late" content do not bother me, because what we do get is quality entertainment every time. Hell, I spend more time watching your content per month than I do on Netflix/Max/Disney. Take all the time you need, family and mental health should always come first. Those of us who are here to support you will still be here to support you.
