100%, only thing Dre lacks is the writing ability. They could have gave treat verse to a lot of people and wouldn’t have been as good without Dre’s voice. You can certainly hear em in that verse though once you listen back after knowing he wrote it, cadence alone even

He is responsible for SO MUCH bonefide musical HISTORY it's insane. People always acknowledge Dre's genius with beats and Em's genius with lyrics.......they forget it was a genuine THREE headed monster that took over the world. Jimmy's part was essential.

Dre clearly had a voice and attitude that put the "f-you" vibe in his parts that could only be possible by someone with Dre's history as performer AND producer.
