2023-11-18 11:13:03 +0000 UTCshh the 100th episode the most meta episode to date and way too many references for anyone to catch un paused on a single view. they literally jumped the shark on this episode and I don't mean with all they added and did, no they LITERALLY jumped the shark (exiting tavi and scratches house). also this was the first episode for derpy to talk since she was essentially canceled for her voice in season 2 episode 14 the last round up. she had been spotted in the back ground hiding here and there but this was her official return to the show. as for lyra and bon bon they've been together a lot and are ONLY friends same as you and your girl are ONLY friends oh and this explained bon bons voice and hanging at random places too. as for princess spike heh.... heh... yeah totally the worst episode for spike there are very very few bronies that like that episode because spike isn't that stupid he just gets drug thru the trash here

Wasn't really in the fandom though because my family was too poor to afford internet at the time.

The animators said it was because they thought their designs looked good next to each other, but it caused fans to ship them with each other, which then caused the show staff to hint that they were a couple. The most obvious example before this was in "Under Our Spell" in Rainbow Rocks - they played the piano together and pressed their cheeks up against each other's.

It’s is one of my favorites! dedicated to the whole fandom aka the bronies and the fans who have fallen in love with background characters, so a lot of the references are to the fan made animations music videos, and the memes at the time when released, the fandom loves this episode so much! Even the fans who didn’t keep up with the fan content made, It definitely freaked everyone out that they did a love letter to the fans for this one so it’s a very special episode, I love it! I’m happy you enjoyed it as well!
