Stevie Ray Vaughan - Texas Flood (from Live at the El Mocambo)

Joshua Bollon

SRV is one of those you can just turn him on and just listen all day. Electric Guitar is my favorite instrument hands down.

Zach Seagroves

Christopher Reeves

Dirty Pool Tin Pan Alley Texas Flood

Michael Yates

Hell yes. First non hip hop reaction I liked. SRV is amazing. Jump on that Texas Flood album. All his stuff fire but that album is my go to.

Michael Yates

I could have sworn you reacted to SRV once before, Texas Flood, but I guess not. Well, NEXT UP!!! You can watch buddy sing his ass off too!!!

Brendan Curtis

Another one that nobody ever mentions but is right up there in that arguable best category is Mark Knopfler from the Dire Straits. People don't think of him because he's not an overly flashy guitar player, but he is undoubtedly one the very best I've ever witnessed. I would confidently put him up against anyone else on that list.

Dustin Sisler

SRV is one of the GOATS. I've been playing guitar for 13 years, self taught. He's one of the reasons I wanted to be a good guitarist. One of my favs of all time. You gotta hear "Rude Mood" and "Texas Flood". He's got so many incredible songs tho.

Cody Gudmundsen

Love SRV 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

TipToe

I was just going to chime in about SRV. I mean what do you say? Fucking greatness... Then the PRINCE thing was mentioned ..DUDE LIT THAT PLACE UP! I’m still waiting for that guitar to come back down 🤣 STEVIE WATCH THAT! All caps for attention.

Scott Calder

Gilmour bends his strings like no other. Hendricks pioneered the mix between blues and hard rock. Page built the bridge between hard rock and metal. Stevie played complicated blues flawlessly. Satch did the same with metal. The list goes on and on. They've all given their own unique contributions to the evolution of an instrument whose boundaries are limitless. The guitars they pick to best play their licks by the way they pick their guitars makes it hard to choose who's the best guitarist to pick.

John Saunders

OH hell yea, he absolutely smokes the other guitarists who are no slouches themselves. Prince was fucking special. Imagine Stevie watching Chris Stapleton's tribute to Prince? He'd goto another plane of existence! LOL

Mr. Peabody

I sent him that link and a Hendrix one! Hopefully he’ll get to them. 😊

Mrs. Smith

Stevie you should get on Prince’s performance at the “Concert for George” When George Harrison passed a group of musicians got together to perform George’s songs. One of the songs covered was “While my guitar gently weeps” Prince showed the fuck up for that performance. All the artist still talk about that gig! 🔥 🔥 🔥 https://youtu.be/6SFNW5F8K9Y

Luis Cisternas

Not only the greatest guitar player of all time but maybe one of the greatest musicians of all time! And he had a live performance it's called "Live at the El Mocambo" please go watch that video especially these songs, voodoo child, Texas flood, Lenny, and Little Wing you will never see anything like it. (Oh good this is El Mocambo I wrote this before I watched the video,,, just wait watch the other songs it's going to blow your effing mind).... 🔥 yeah like said above he is plenty of songs that he sings he's actually had a bunch of hits that he sings, but he also played lead guitar for David Bowie on his Let's Dance album.

Scott Flaherty

Finger fucking that bitch 🤣 🤣 🤣

EnVy316LeGeNd

Texas Flood is one of them ones. Stevie Ray had that Thang talking didn't he

Kevin Bowman

Got to do Texas flood

sion holley

🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Do the Hendrix cover Voodoo Chile (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rb53-sDII0o) it's so fucking vibin.... shit grooves He sings in it too but it ain't the point... He has plenty of vocal hits though. Died so damn young SMH

Mr. Peabody

Stevie had a few songs where its just the instrumental but he had a lot more songs where he sings too. He was the lead of his band and I could make the argument of Stevie being the Eminem of Blues where he takes black music and makes it his own and does it as good as if not better than other blues artists

BakerKingRyan

He’s the main man Stevie fuckin legendary

matt thompson

Texas Flood. He sings, gone way to soon

Marty Darnell

I've had a stank face for 10mins. Thanks for another nice reaction Stevie 🤟🏼

Lee McCrystall

Man so many great guitar players throughout history it's very hard to say who is the best but along with Eddie the Jimmies, Angus , Stevie Ray is without a doubt one of the best to ever do it. I think Jimi Hendrix was the best but all of them have an argument
