As a Stan I was listening and moved by several track on that album, but yep the production wasn't there but Em's personal thoughts and self reflections on his life certainly were and most Stan's heard and respected that! We felt the hurt too when the 'trash' comments came in.

N as times changed, so did his production. As with his first 5 albums he had more hardcore beats n then u notice the change to a more cinematic/pop bombastic sound with recovery. Then after the backlash of recovery, he stopped producing his beats in favor of a new age hard hip hop sound.
