Same rules as previous post apply:
You don't NEED to use ๐ to vote-- but using them boosts the weight of your vote.
If your choice isn't picked, your ๐ are refunded, so there's no risk! Remember, ๐ don't carry over to the next month, so it's best (and risk-less) to use them!

Veto power: If I feel I can't draw the winner character/whoever gets the most ๐, I'll draw the next thing up - and again, just as I said above, your ๐points are refunded if your picture isn't chosen
