I forgot I watched this!!! I literally was thinking of Hit Em Up by Pac and No Vaseline so looked them up and was like ohhhh yea! I did watch this! This is so damn classic! Love it. Cube destroyed them

Day is one of the most iconic diss records in the history of rap music and was the reason for the explosion of gangsta rap and why rap music is the largest genres of music now in 2020. It was the first time the world was introduced to Dr. Dre as a solo artist/producer and the Funkadelic infused music driving the new sound of gangster rap. It was also the introduction of Snoop Dogg to the world and their assault on Eazy-E and his associates was vicious but looking back on it today it is even more vicious when you realize that not only was it lyrically assaulting but the complete sound of the music was new and the song blew up to be the biggest song in the country at the time which Eazy-E would've had to be really in his feelings at that time over the whole situation.
