Later that day she goes to a party, passes out and gets raped by a guy who ends up with HIV from her and gets his ass hauled off to jail! The rape scene was intense

My son is 14 and never loved an artist until Em. It was seriously like magic. He was 11 and became a Stan immediately. Being a mom too, I think it brought an openness to our relationship, cuz if we can rap Eminem together (we censor the bad words), I think it made him comfortable talking about anything.

It started with "Hi My Name Is" and I told him that it was garbage and to take it out. I was living in Germany at the time, so when I came home on leave and the MM LP came out my son said, "Mom I know you said you didn't like Eminem but you have to listen to this." Ever since, Eminem and his music (Albums, features, freestyles etc.) is something my son and I have bonded over.
