Release 1.11.0 Ready

So finally release with open files is ready. I did not only clean up the structure, but also refactored editors and made them available in patron version of this release. Have mercy with me, it is still quite raw, there are some unintiutive things, but it should be ok for first version. I added a chapter in manual (pdf in game archive) and I suggest to look into it. I'm prepared to solve your complains.
There is no description or editor for content, this will be only up to you, but the game files are json text files quite talkative, so you should be able to play with numbers, modify effects, create new monsters or change graphics.

Other content in this release is voodoo magic and possibility to be turned into body parts. There are enemies who can use these effects and for patrons there is an option to play as voodoo sorceress. I will add one more player avatar for body parting in next release. New monsters appear in old game content and mayhem mode.

Otherwise there are many bugfixes, performance should be better. Still many issues not fully re-tested, because I could not reproduce the situation, so I hope my blind fixes did the job. This is mainly about simultaneous changes and event collisions.

I'm waiting for your feedback and for new content you will test.

Known issues:

- Frog girl still seems to jump off board sometimes, but less than before

- NPE in case of game finished by entering exit without link

- Repetitive pregnancy in case of multiple (hard to reproduce, many interactions)
