marc, please. more poor people die and more often than rich people from drug overdose, you ignorant bug. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6968850/ this is in regards to opium but every risk factor is associated with being poor - unemployed, old, widowed, living in a rural area, etc. i agree capitalism keeps shitty people in their place, but there are shitty people, there are good people, i believe there should be SOME WAY to differentiate the two. what we have isn’t the best but it’s what’s come about, there will be something different in the future to accommodate. i also believe the individual has control, considering how you literally choose your own decisions 99.99% of your time existing. yeah you can be threatened with your life, even then, you have the choice to tell a robber you won’t give em anything and die for it. yes rich people have fucked a lot of people over to make their money, i don’t feel bad that they get to do drugs all day, go write on their patreon comments. but most importantly, please give the government a bigger boot so they can finally step on you, thank you.

i never pay for shit because i pirate almost everything. i paid $5 for the chance to hear even one applicable nugget of wisdom i didn’t hear in the free episodes. for this to be one of the least liked and commented episode is a shame. i’m a fairly young adult and tim put sobriety in a way i feel like i really understand. it made me reflect on what i’ve done and makes me look at my friends differently. “there’s nothing better than the first line of the night… the last line is a sad line” rich people don’t have that problem, that’s a plight of being a poor fuck. your environment set you up to fail and you fall victim to your own actions. even if you’re rich, drugs of any kind will ruin you if your executive control is already messed up. tim’s is so fucked up he’s accepted he’ll eventually relapse and end it all. i’d pay $20 for that
