I looked it up and it was a 1999 posse cut track where Sway (the wakeup show host) put a bunch of MCs on a track. Tech N9ne goes 2nd and Em is 3rd but there is also KRS-One, Xzibit, Kool G Rap, etc. There's a music video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rK2MMK_J4qQ).
