2021-05-08 22:02:48 +0000 UTCJust googled as to why the video for Lose yourself wasn't available on official channel(didn't noticed till now).It was on Vevo, till Em got his own channel.When it transitioned,lost the views from Vevo(also many of other artists videos lost views counts when they switched to Vevo and lost them again when they switched to their official channels)But this one in particular was removed cause of UMG complaint,but the one on non official channel was not...like wtf?!😳😂 and Shady/Aftermath/Interscope are all under UMG lol.Talking about ytb mismanaging 🤦♀️

And knowing that while yes eminem didn't expect to win, stayed home for family reasons was his public stance and very valid ones at that, I also wouldn't be surprised if there was some other behind the song business moves/disagreement with the release that made him go well f it and the Oscar's then. Which I think he has reconciled that buisness issue when he came full circle and performed it at the Oscar's. Acknowledged a bit of regret maybe?
